The Oregon Health Authority is conducting a survey of the TRAIN learning
management system and we need your help!

*Duration*: Less than 5 minutes

*Target audience:* Healthcare providers, public health professionals, and
emergency preparedness workers

*Closing date: *February 13th, 2015



*Purpose:*  The Oregon Health Authority is conducting a survey to assess
the use of the Training Finder Real-time Affiliated Integrated Network,
also known as TRAIN and other learning management systems. The survey will
help determine if Oregon TRAIN should continue to be funded. Users from
your organization have signed on to, and taken classes  or registered for
conferences on TRAIN. We want to evaluate the level of engagement you and
your organization  have with the TRAIN learning management system, what
other learning management systems your agency may use, as well as assessing
the impact of no longer funding the program.
