[LHDAccreditation] Fwd: PHD/CLHO Foundational Capability and Program Work Plan

Dear AWG,

For those that may be interested in participating in the implementation
planning process of HB 3100 (the modernization of public health), the
public health division has set up a means to do so via GovSpace, the
attached documents guides you through how register a GovSpace account if
you do not already have one, and how to access the group page.

As a way to compliment the GovSpace process CLHO is hosting webinars to
review each of the definition documents and compile feedback from our local
health departments. The assessment and epidemiology foundational capability
is currently under review and this may be of special interest to those
involved in the CHA/CHIP process. CLHO is hosting a webinar tomorrow (7/21
from 830-10am) to review this capability. We have created a page on the
CLHO website that will have definition documents as they become available
with links to the scheduled webinars. You can visit that page here:

A planning timeline is also available and can be accessed on the webpage
see "HB 3100 JLT Planning Timeline". We will discuss this process in more
detail at the AWG meeting tomorrow afternoon.
