[LHDAccreditation] Please Respond: OPHA Workshop Survey

Dear AWG members,

The American Public Health Association (APHA), with support from the Office
of State, Tribal, Local and Territorial Support within the Centers for
Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), is accepting applications for funding
to support strategic partnerships that advance national public health
accreditation readiness.  The Oregon Public Health Association (OPHA) in
partnership with the Coalition of Local Health Officials (CLHO) has
received four of these grants and used them to provide free webinars,
workshops, and technical assistance sessions to local public health
departments in Oregon.  OPHA plans to apply again, but would like to know
where to focus their efforts.  Please help OPHA help you by telling them
where you need the most support in order to pursue national accreditation.
They also want to know what format suits you best.
