[LHDAccreditation] Meeting Reminder: June Accreditation Workgroup

Good afternoon,

This is a reminder that the accreditation workgroup meets next *Tuesday,
June 21st from 2:30-3:30pm.* The meeting information is on the attached
agenda (also posted on govspace).

Please come prepared to discuss the work you have done to align your key
plans (i.e. CHIP, strategic, QI and WFD), and if you have yet to do the
work any questions you have on how to best align the plans. And, as always,
if you have measures to discuss please bring those to the meeting as well.
