Subject: Fast Track to a High-Impact Public Health Performance Management System

Hi Joey!

I work with Bill Barberg, President of Insightformation, Inc., and we wanted to reach out to tell you about his upcoming free webinar, "Fast-Track to a High-Impact Public Health Performance Management System." The webinar is this Thursday, September 21, from 10am-10:30am (CDT).

If you are part of a health department that is not PHAB accredited, or you are looking to improve your department or program's existing strategy management, this webinar is for you! Whether you are in the process of accreditation, or just beginning to think about it, this webinar will teach you how to best deploy and use a performance management system - a requirement for PHAB Accreditation (Standard 9.1).

This 30-minute Webinar will demonstrate a state-of-the-art Public Health Performance Management system and introduce a template, training program and technology platform that allows local health departments to quickly and easily deploy a high-value performance management system that integrates with their strategic plan, supports strategy implementation, and aligns Quality Improvement efforts with the overall strategy.

Many of you may know the webinar's host, Bill Barberg. But for those of you who don't, I wanted to provide some background on his recognized knowledge in Strategy Management for Public Health. Bill has been a sought-after speaker and author on performance management and strategy execution for over 15 years, and he recently authored the chapter, "Implementing Population Health Strategies" for the book, "Solving Population Health Problems through Collaboration" (Routledge, 2017). He is quoted six times in the book, "Doing More with Less: Measuring, Managing and Improving Performance in Government and Non-Profit Organizations," where the authors refer to him as a "global thought leader" on this topic. Bill co-presented with a client at NACCHO Annual 2017 on the topic of "Using a Cloud-Based Performance Management Platform to Support Agency Performance & Strategic Planning." Bill is very passionate about this topic and helping health departments succeed, because in the end, it is creating healthier communities and saving lives.

If you are interested, you can see a recording of Bill's presentation at NACCHO and other related webinars here: https://urldefense.proofpoint.com/v2/url?u=https-3A__www.insightformation.com_webinars_&d=DwIBaQ&c=7gilq_oJKU2hnacFUWFTuYqjMQ111TRstgx6WoATdXo&r=LmPe1UOhYlPGlJX0Ny-bX6EuraCu5LCk6cAiZHcwH3gi-XQEl4RWP-Bd5a6X4_Ib&m=fanJaYUw5_0uBwuNHF1us_hOgxUyUDDPWs9sJHJtg0Y&s=-XEVhD40La5IH-Znu_6FM-k10k--DwylRVDAKPyKs_w&e=

Not interested? You may know someone who is! Forward this email on to anyone who is interested in Public Health Performance Management. If you, or a colleague, are interested in watching Thursday's webinar, but do not have room in your schedule because of the short notice, you can still register and a link to the recording will be sent to you.

If you would like any additional resources or have any questions, I'd love to connect with you further! You can reach me at karalyn.krull at insightformation.com or give me a call at 612 - 616 - 6669. I hope you can join us and I am looking forward to your response!

Best,
Karalyn Krull
