As I mentioned in our Accreditation Workgroup meeting CLHO has two exciting
webinars scheduled. Please feel free to share.

May 24th from 9-10: Grace Gorenflo from NWCPHP's management certificate
program will be presenting on leadership styles. The objective of this
webinar is to understand a typology of different leadership styles,
consider one's default style, and understand when other styles can help
achieve desired results. There will be opportunities for participants to be
reflective, become more aware of how they approach their leadership role,
and hopefully become more deliberate about that role moving forward. Register

July 26th from 9-10: Deschutes County Public Health will be presenting on
their organizational Health Equity assessment adapted from the Bay Area
Regional Health Inequities Initiative (BARHII) toolkit. This
self-assessment provides public health leaders with tools and guidelines
that help identify the skills, organizational practices and infrastructure
needed to address health inequities while providing insights into steps
LHDs can take to ensure their organization can have an impact on this
