[LHDAccreditation] Follow up to Outcome Measures question

Good morning Accreditation Work Group,

We had a question on the call yesterday about viewing outcome measures if
an LPHA is not up for reaccreditation. I reached out to April and she
responded that there is a list of the broad areas and topics on the
accredited health department portal.

>From April: After PHAB published the Guide, they realized the list of broad
areas and topics may evolve, so the most current list (with just a few
additions) is on the portal.

The specific population health outcome module will only open up in ePHAB
once the health department’s application for reaccreditation has been
accepted.
