[LHDAccreditation] October AWG Meeting (Action Requested)

Hello Everyone!

Joey and I hope everyone is off to a great start this week. It's just about
October, and it has come to our attention that the next Accreditation Work
Group (AWG) meeting scheduled for 10/15/19 at 2:30pm conflicts with OPHA's
annual conference.
