[LHDAccreditation] AWG: Gov Space transition delayed

Hi All,

I announced that OHA would be shutting down Gov Space on September 17,
2020. There has been a change and that plan is delayed until further notice.

For those using it or who want to review the AWG materials available on Gov
Space, you have plenty of time!
