[LHDAccreditation] Recap from AWG meeting held 1/19/2021

Hello Accreditation Partners -
Yesterday we had a small accreditation work group meeting to discuss changes to this work group. As a result of the survey sent late last year, meetings will be changed to QUARTERLY for 2021, making the next meeting April 20, 2021 from 2:30pm-3:30pm. Survey results are attached and the majority of responses voted for this change. Please do not hesitate to contact Laura from CLHO or myself for any accreditation support you need in the interim.
