<DIV>Any suggestions on how other local health department's are showing conformity to this measure?  </DIV>

<DIV>If the we/ the local health department are submitting our local data for the state to develop the report, how would we demonstrate local data submitted?  Would this be list/snapshot of data that gets entered into a registry that helps to create the report? </DIV>
