over 8 months. The fundamental intent of this funding is to connect grantees with the 15 hours of public health focused quality improvement coaching. Grantees will receive dedicated webinar and teleconference opportunities, as well as peer exchange. The grants
will support sending one person to the next open forum for the Strengthening the Community of Practice for Public Health Improvement (COPPHI) in June 2012.
