<DIV>We have been trying pick a user friendly performance management self-assessment tool. It seems the following two suggested by PHAB are not super user friendly and parts of each are useful. </DIV>
<DIV>We feel going through the actual standards and measures has been in itself a performance management self-assessment as we go along. Thoughts on this? </DIV>
<DIV>Does anyone else have an example of a user friendly performance management self-assessment tool other than the two mentioned below?</DIV>
