the last session in the OPHA Performance Management & Quality Improvement Series, we
are hosting a QI and Performance Management Round Table discussion
during the OPHA Conference on Tuesday October 9th 1:45-3:00pm. <b><span style="color:rgb(0,0,153)"><u>We
are requesting volunteers to conduct informal 5 minute "mini
presentations" and to speak from their experiences and tie their
experiences back to one or more of the Domain 9 requirements</u></span>.</b><br><br></span><span style="font-size:11pt;font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif""></span></p><div><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">We
hope for this to be an opportunity to share tools and templates,
lessons learned and to make connections with others working on QI and PM
