<span style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif"><font><span style="color:rgb(0,0,153)"><font><span style="color:rgb(0,0,0)">1. The Performance Management Program (PMP) announced a Request for Applications for accreditation readiness
funding. Detailed information and required application forms are

projects, at a maximum of $10,000 each between January and June 2013.
Funds can be used for developing accreditation prerequisites,
implementing the strategic plan and/or community health improvement
plan, quality improvement activities, or workforce development
activities.
