Accreditation Work Group,<br><br>The Accreditation Work Group meeting is coming up on Monday December 10th 1:30-3:30. We will be reviewing documentation requests, discussing updates, and discussing <b><u>domains 7 and 12</u></b>. <br>
<br><b><u>Please bring ANY documentation you are considering or planning to use for Domains 7 and 12</u> along with any questions or ideas related to these domains</b>. We will use these to drive the conversation and share examples across all the health departments.<br>
