<div><br></div><div><b><span style="background-color:rgb(255,255,0)">2. HB 2275 provides local public health with an opportunity to educate legislators and policy makers on the benefits of a public health policy that could potentially be used for meeting accreditation domain 5.1.3 - <span style="font-family:arial,sans-serif;font-size:12.727272033691406px">Documentation of the health department informing policy makers and/or the public about potential public health impacts of policies that are being considered or are in place. </span></span></b></div>

</span></b><div><b><span style="background-color:rgb(255,255,0)"><br></span></b></div><div><b><span style="background-color:rgb(255,255,0)">Erin and I have been trying to put together a "tool kit" with a list of bills that would be ripe for some public health education, correspondence and/or fact sheets completed by local health departments that could be used for documentation.  However, with how fast the legislature is moving we haven't had the opportunity yet but I wanted to let you know about this bill. </span></b></div>
