<div dir="ltr">Accreditation Work Group,<br><br>During recent work with local health departments,
there have been a few requests for additional
checklists, tools and examples for meeting specific accreditation documentation
requirements.<br><br clear="all">This is a mini-toolkit that may help your health department
with reviewing public health policies and may
also help you with some components of accreditation measures 6.1.1.a and
6.1.2.a (and possibly others).<br>
<p><span style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif"><font><font>Please note, t</font>his <span>toolkit</span>
is meant to provide examples for reviewing public
health policies and <u>not to provide actual documentation</u>. </font></span>Also, there are additional documentation requirements for these measures. <br>
</p>Measures 6.1.1.a and 6.1.2.a are related to reviewing existing and
potential public health policies and comparing them to evidence-based or
promising practices in order to make recommendations.<b><br><br><u>Attached you will find the following tools and examples:</u><br>
