</div><div><font><br></font></div><div><font><b>Description</b>: </font></div><div><font>The community guide is a public health accreditation crosswalk to help health departments identify evidence-based interventions from The Community Guide whose implementation could help document conformity with PHAB standards and measures. The crosswalk consists of 2 tables that show how PHAB domains, standards, and measures relate to evidence-based recommendations in The Community Guide, and vice versa. </font></div>
