This poster session will feature Quality Improvement Projects and Performance Management topics from Local Health Departments. The session will be held on Monday, October 13th from 4-6pm. The location is TBD.<div>
<br></div><div>A poster template for QI projects will be made available for those that are interested. <div><br></div><div><b>If you are are interested in participating in the special poster session, you do NOT need to submit an abstract to OPHA.</b> However, <u>I will need to know the title of the poster, the topic, and who will be presenting it</u>, please be sure to send this information to me by October 3rd, 2014 . Please free to contact me with any questions. </div>
