Hi Everyone –

Attached please find the agenda for next Tuesday’s Accreditation Work Group call. I tried to capture the essence of our discussion during the last few minutes of the August call because you showed a great deal of interest in Population
Health QI efforts compared to clinical approaches to QI. If you watch the YouTube recording, the suggestions start around the 44 minute mark (FYI).

I hope you all have a good weekend and come prepared with examples of how your LPHA is addressing population health QI projects. Our guest speaker, Kirsten Aird, has years of experience in QI and Public Health in our Health Promotion and
Chronic Disease Prevention section here at the state and has graciously agreed to help facilitate the discussion in relation to accreditation.
