Distance Education Librarian - Part-time (27hpw). Provide traditional and electronic reference service (including at least one 6-hour weekend shift per week); develop and conduct traditional and online courses in Information Literacy/Research Skills; serve as lead in development, review, and maintenance of library's web presence; select materials for the Libraries' collections; and serve as faculty liaison to one or more schools.  Requirements include: Christian faith; M.L.S. from an ALA-accredited institution or equivalent; experience creating online instructional tools for information literacy, with emphasis on distance/distributed education learning principles; enthusiasm for integrating technology in providing library services; and ability to communicate and work effectively with students, faculty and staff in an academic environment.
