[Libs-Or] OLA Vote on Proposed Scholarship Program Bylaws Change

Hello OLA Members,

At the OLA Banquet on March 24, members will be asked to vote on 
proposed revisions to the OLA bylaws. One of the changes involves 
removing references to an MLS Scholarship Advisory Committee which 
wasn't activated. For more background information, please see the 
attached memo, or contact me if you have questions.
