I have some election statistics to share with you:****

Total number of eligible voters:  51,811****

Total voted:  11,083 (21.39%)****

*In 2012*

Total number of eligible voters:  52,866****

Total voted:  11,560 (21.87%)****

*In 2011*****

Total number of eligible voters:  52,901****

Total voted:  9,618 (18.18%)****

Also, I received a few inquiries about how many "hits" the Election Guide
received.  A total of 564 events were recorded; with 504 unique events.
Which means that 504 individuals viewed the Guide and 60 were repeat
viewers.****

The searchable spreadsheet of Council candidates received 239 total events,
with 213 unique events.  This was the most downloaded spreadsheet on the
ALA website between March 1 and the close of the election.****

So there you go.****

We'll be sending out the election results as early as possible tomorrow
(Friday) afternoon, May 3.****
