[Libs-Or] Reminder to check To: field when sending messages to Libs-Or

Hello Libs-Or subscribers:

We wanted to send out a reminder about formatting the email address when you send messages to the Libs-Or list. The correct address is libs-or at omls.oregon.gov<mailto:libs-or at omls.oregon.gov>

We have noticed that some email clients may automatically add an alternative email address to local address books. To help cut down on misdirected email messages, we recommend the following:


  *   Delete libs-or-bounce at omls.oregon.gov<mailto:libs-or-bounce at omls.oregon.gov> or other alternative addresses from your contact list/address book
  *   Add libs-or at omls.oregon.gov<mailto:libs-or at omls.oregon.gov> to your contact list/address book
  *   Review the To: line in messages you send to Libs-Or and confirm the correct address has populated the field
