[Libs-Or] Urge Oregon senators to fund library construction

Dear librarians,

The U.S. Congress is in the final days of negotiations for the long-awaited
budget reconciliation package that has the potential to provide funding for
library construction projects. Please consider voicing your support for
library funding in the Build Back Better Act by visiting the ALA call to
action page or by contacting the offices of Senators Merkley and Wyden
directly with a personalized message explaining how this funding would help
your library.
