[Libs-Or] Library School qualification language in job description

Hello,

I hope I'm reaching the right people. I used to work in Oregon, and am now
working in California. I'm working with my library union and I'm trying to
find language that reflect that a person can become a librarian if they can
show they will complete library school in a certain amount of time.

For example: "Must demonstrate ability to complete a Masters in Library
Sciences/Masters in Library and Information Services within 6 months/one
year."

Does anyone have language like that in their job descriptions or job
postings for entry-level library positions?
