[Libs-Or] microfilm vendor

Hello:
We have been using Advantage Archives as our microfilm vendor for years.
Service has dropped off dramatically, going so far as not returning calls or emails.
Anyone else experiencing issues?
Can anyone recommend an alternative?
Our newspaper is a weekly and is thin as a slice of cheese.
