[Libs-Or] The newly expanded Chinook Library Network is live this morning

Hooray!

It's wonderful to be among such illustrious company in the Chinook Library
Network, and our patrons are already benefiting. Let's not forget that
credit is also due to our fearless leader, Bryan Miyagishima!
