[Libs-Or] Surplus spinning racks - free

The Mildred Whipple Library in Drain has two metal spinning racks for free
to any organization that can use them. The black one fits mass market
paperbacks and the gold one fits magazines and pamphlets gave out. They do
disassemble for transport but it probably would require a van or suv. Pick
up on or before Tuesday the 25th.
