[Libs-Or] Study Room Reservations

At Multnomah County we use Communico. It is probably more complicated than
you need. If I remember right, we tried a pilot of using the Google
Calendar, but before Communico we found it easier to have paper signup, and
people could call those locations or book in person up to a week ahead for
the small study rooms. We only had two locations with that type of room
though, and now we have more. Communico allows people to sign themselves up
and that has been helpful especially as the number of our rooms systemwide
has increased. (I can't tell you anything about setup of that, just sharing
my front desk experience.) Whatever you do, it helps to have those policies
worked out :) for good boundaries.
