The Oregon Talking Book & Braille Library<http://provide%20resources%20to%20Oregonians%20as%20a> is part of the National Library for the Blind and Print Disabled (NLS) network. We provide free materials and accessible equipment to Oregonians of all ages. Our patrons are readers who are print-disabled due to visual, physical, or reading impairments.
We're looking for someone who can jump into action to help us keep Talking Books running while staff set up new tools and workflows to better serve over 4,400 active users spread throughout Oregon. This is a full-time Readers Advisor position that is limited duration (expected to last until June 30th, 2027). You'd be an integral member of our team focused on assisting patrons over the phone, via email, and postal mail.
It's a very tight deadline with applications due May 4th. Please note a complete application includes both a cover letter and resume.
