Many state libraries also use these data for peer comparison, budget
requests,
advocacy and testimony before legislative bodies. More information on

by state must reach 60% for state-level analysis to be conducted by the
research team. As of October 27, the following states had reached or
surpassed
this 60% participation level: Alabama, Delaware, Georgia, Hawaii,
Indiana,
Montana, Nevada, Tennessee, Texas and West Virginia.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
