Benchmark #38 which relates to the percentage of Oregonians with adequate public
library services, plans for more cost sharing by libraries that benefit from the
L-net e-reference service, and plans for assessing Board practices. The
purpose of the work sessions is to discuss these topics and reach consensus on
plans for future deliberations by the Board. No final actions will be taken by
the Board at this meeting.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></P>

Legislative Fiscal Office for a prioritization of State Library programs. An
Open Forum is scheduled for 10:30 a.m. Anyone may address the Board on any
