Associates</EM>, founder of <EM>Youth Reaching Out International</EM>, past
director of training for <EM>Search Institute</EM>, international author and
keynote presenter for the past 20 years.</FONT></P>

face="Times New Roman" size=3>James has been the guest speaker at Governor's
Summits and national conferences across <st1:place w:st="on">North
America</st1:place> sharing how to create caring, connected, and safe
environments for our children and youth.</FONT></P>

face="Times New Roman" size=3>As the director of training for <EM>Search
Institute</EM>, Vollbracht was responsible for educating communities,
organizations, and individuals about developmental assets and for helping them
design strategies to build these assets for youth. Vollbracht has been the
keynote speaker at national and regional conferences across the country. Most
recently, he presented to the National Association for Partnerships in
Education, the National Title 1 Director’s Conference, the State of <st1:place
w:st="on"><st1:State w:st="on">Illinois Educators
Conference</st1:State></st1:place>, and the New Mexico Juvenile Justice State
Conference. A recent presentation was carried live over CFAX Radio in <st1:place
w:st="on"><st1:City w:st="on">Victoria</st1:City>, <st1:State w:st="on">British
Columbia</st1:State></st1:place>, to an audience of more than 20,000. He
recently designed and facilitated a statewide community mobilization training
that attracted more than 400 community members, representing 45 different
community mobilization teams.</FONT></P>
<P class=style11 style="MARGIN: auto 0in; TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><FONT
size=3><FONT face="Times New Roman">Believing service is one of the most
rewarding aspects of life, Vollbracht also does extensive training of youth in
leadership, character, and service projects. Utilizing the leadership principles
from the best selling book “Good to Great,” these trainings are fast-paced,
exciting, and highly practical. Youth leave with a plan for school or community
