<p><a onclick="javascript:pageTracker._trackPageview('/outbound/article/openthegovernment.org');" href="http://openthegovernment.org/" target="_blank">OpenTheGovernment.org</a> and the <a onclick="javascript:pageTracker._trackPageview('/outbound/article/www.cdt.org');" href="http://www.cdt.org/" target="_blank">Center for Democracy and Technology (CDT)</a> have completed the report, <a onclick="javascript:pageTracker._trackPageview('/outbound/article/www.openthegovernment.org');" href="http://www.openthegovernment.org/otg/TopTenReport.pdf" target="_blank">Show Us the Data: Most Wanted Federal Documents.</a> The report is based on the results of a <a onclick="javascript:pageTracker._trackPageview('/outbound/article/www.showusthedata.org');" href="http://www.showusthedata.org/" target="_blank">Web-based survey</a> created with the help of Sunlight Labs.</p>
<p>It cites documents and data that the federal government should make easier to find and to use and recommends policy changes to make government more open. Number one on the list is public access to all Congressional Research Service (CRS) reports. Take a look at the report to see the full list.<br>
