<p>The National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA) has added additional information to the <a onclick="javascript:pageTracker._trackPageview('/outbound/article/www.broadbandusa.gov');" href="http://www.broadbandusa.gov/files/BIP_BTOP_FAQ_I-III.pdf" target="_blank"><font color="#9e0508">Frequently Asked Questions </font></a>page on its Web site regarding the Broadband Technology Opportunities Program, most notably information on indirect costs and their eligibility for BTOP funds as well as matching funds requirements.
