<p>The National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA) has added additional information to the <a onclick="javascript:pageTracker._trackPageview('/outbound/article/www.broadbandusa.gov');" href="http://www.broadbandusa.gov/files/BIP_BTOP_FAQ_I-III.pdf" target="_blank"><font color="#9e0508">Frequently Asked Questions </font></a>page on its Web site regarding the Broadband Technology Opportunities Program, most notably information on indirect costs and their eligibility for BTOP funds as well as matching funds requirements. Libraries may send questions not covered on this site to <a href="mailto:librarystimulus@ala.org" target="_blank"><font color="#9e0508">librarystimulus@ala.org</font></a>.</p>
