<p>USA.gov is giving everyone the opportunity to comment on changes they would like to see to this important U.S. government web portal through its new site, <a onclick="javascript:pageTracker._trackPageview('/outbound/article/blog.citizen.apps.gov');" href="http://blog.citizen.apps.gov/yourvoicematters/"><font color="#ff7700">Your Voice Matters</font></a>.</p>
