<p>John Windhausen, consultant to ALA’s Washington Office and president of Telepoly, and Bob Bocher, ALA OITP Fellow and library technology consultant at Wisconsin’s state library agency, will provide an overview and describe the key changes from Round One to Round Two of BTOP and BIP — the federal broadband stimulus programs at the Departments of Commerce and Agriculture.</p>
