Linda Schatz, President of EdTech Strategies, LLC and consultant to the Office for Information Technology Policy (OITP), and Bob Bocher, library technology consultant at Wisconsin’s state library agency and ALA OITP Fellow, will lead second round BTOP applicants a few steps closer to developing a successful project proposal. They will delve into the key factors of the recently posted grant guidance for the three BTOP funding categories: Comprehensive Community Infrastructure (CCI), Public Computing Centers (PCC), and Sustainable Broadband Adoption (SBA). They will cover a number of important points made in the official NTIA FAQs to help you fine tune your application. Bocher will also discuss his lessons learned from his successful Round I infrastructure project. After these presentations, OITP staffer Marijke Visser will moderate a question and answer session—so have your questions ready. Financial support for this webinar is provided by ALA member dues.
