<p class=MsoNormal>The Library Resource Center at Mt. Hood Community College is
accepting applications for a full-time Branch Library Coordinator to be located
at our Maywood Park campus. Under limited supervision, oversees the daily
operation and maintenance of the Mt. Hood Community College branch library.
Serving in a lead role, responsible for check-out/check-in of library
materials, providing basic reference service and support for all credit and
non-credit courses; marketing the library to students, faculty, staff, and
community; implementing library policy; and communicating local needs to
management. The salary range is $3,159 to $4,044 per month. Placement will
typically be between beginning and midpoint of the range based upon education
and experience.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p><span style='font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif"'>The minimum qualifications
for this position are: </span><o:p></o:p></p>

 <li class=MsoNormal style='mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1'>Bachelor's degree with
     academic course work in library science, computer science or liberal arts <o:p></o:p></li>
 <li class=MsoNormal style='mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1'>Five years of relevant
     library experience, including experience serving in a lead and/or
     supervisory position in a library setting <o:p></o:p></li>
 <li class=MsoNormal style='mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1'>Intermediate
     (Considerable) working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, email,
     and database applications, preferably within the Microsoft Office Suite,
     including experience with subscription databases <o:p></o:p></li>
 <li class=MsoNormal style='mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1'>Excellent oral and written
     communication skills <o:p></o:p></li>
 <li class=MsoNormal style='mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1'>Excellent customer service
     skills including the ability to work with diverse student populations <o:p></o:p></li>
 <li class=MsoNormal style='mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1'>Current drivers license,
     insurance and access to reliable transportation during work hours for
     transportation to off-campus sites, and the ability to be insured by the
     college insurance carrier <o:p></o:p></li>
