owner regarding a bit of libs-or downtime tomorrow afternoon. We estimate
the list will be unavailable from 3:30-5:30 PM on Thursday, 08/12.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class=MsoNormal>We are getting ready to migrate Mailman to a new virtual
machine. Periodic system and server upgrades are important and necessary
to perform from time to time.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class=MsoNormal>During this time, Mailman will be shut down and mail will
not be moving through it. Messages however, will be queued and delivered
once we are back up. So, please feel free to send but do not be alarmed
if there is a delay in delivery.<o:p></o:p></p>
