The associated documents, Extending Library Services Grant and the draft “Personal Services Contract” for the City of Astoria, will be included in the packet. Proposals must be delivered to Jane Tucker, Director, Astoria Public Library, 450 Tenth St, Astoria, OR 97103 no later than 2:00 pm on January 14, 2011.
