 OSL Board Budget Committee report, a report from LEO (Libraries of Eastern Oregon), and a discussion of the first draft of the 2013-2017 LSTA Five Year Plan. An Open Forum will be held at 2:00 p.m. Any member of the public may address the Board in the Open

 on his lifetime love of angling, literary history and poetry writing, Professor Hughes will read and talk about classic and contemporary poems and stories that involve the art of angling in a lecture entitled, “The Love of Angling.” Professor Hughes's poems
 have been published in many prestigious publications and his first collection, <em>
<span style="font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">Men Holding Eggs</span></em>, received the 2004 Oregon Book Award. His second book,

 March the State Library and Gale offered two webinar sessions to help Oregon library staff better understand how and why to use periodicals databases. We received much positive feedback about those and are now planning the next two topics. Finding eResources
 to Support Library Programming will show participants how to locate and share content and searches that can support library celebrations of specific months, like Women’s History Month, holidays, and more. Participants will master the Gale bookmarking feature
 and learn tips for getting these tools to patrons and students. The one-hour trainings will be offered on April 3rd at 11am and again on May 3rd at 3:30pm Pacific. Interwoven will be two sessions about marketing your Gale databases, during which participants
 will learn how to order free promotional materials, discover outreach letters and press releases, and discuss using social networking and online media to promote libraries’ offerings. Join us on either April 18th at 11am or May 8th at 3:30pm Pacific. These
