<p>The Oregon Encyclopedia (The OE) will be at the Central Library in downtown Portland to co-host a workshop on how to write for The OE and use local history resource materials in the Central Library. A presentation on Portland's, "Great Light Way," by OE author Dan Haneckow will be a part of the presentation</p>
