The town is preparing for its<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>annual parade and summer celebration.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>The main character is a little girl around 7 or 8 and her<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>mother insists she take tap dancing lessons in order<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>to perform at the annual event.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>She hates practiciing and would rather spend time with<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>her uncle. Her uncle is very tall and takes her daily to<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>the town book store.
