promote literacy and financial education among <br>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto"><b><span style="font-size:12.0pt;color:blue">The biggest program component is encouraging kids to read or be read to, and the books should relate to money and finances</span></b><span style="font-size:12.0pt;color:blue">.
Children are encouraged to read at least 3 books from the <a href="https://www.oregoncollegesavings.com/documents/ReadingList-for-Website.pdf">
recommended reading list</a>, and they will track their time in increments of 20 (read-to-me kids) or 40 (independent readers) minutes. Participants who submit an entry form/reading log on behalf of a child are automatically entered into a drawing to win one
of 50 Oregon College Savings Plan accounts, worth $529 each.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;color:blue">For entrants to be eligible for one of the $529 Oregon College Savings Plan accounts, their
