      you recently had a newish HVAC installed in your building that you

      actually like? If so, what's the make of the HVAC and who was the

      company who installed it? Suggestions from the metro area and the

      Gorge would be particularly appreciated. Our HVAC </font>in Hood

    River is a definite lemon, so we're looking to replace it.<br>
