<pre><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman","serif"">As with the previous year, FFY2015 has a requirement for measuring outcomes of your grant project. The State Library has discontinued its peer evaluation program in favor of outcomes-based evaluation. Grant projects need to be designed so that the impact of the project on the knowledge, skills and abilities of the target population are measurable in some way. This is really doable and fairly easy.
