<p class="MsoNormal">Sara Behrman literally wrote the manual on outcome-based evaluation for the Oregon State Library. She will be sharing her experience in all aspects of grant administration, from concept to the final report.

<p class="MsoNormal">Sara will be joined by two librarians with lots of grant-evaluation experience: Karen Hill, director of the Cornelius Public Library, and John Russell, Scholarly Communications Librarian at the University of Oregon, have received numerous
